Private Instruction

Brandi is available for one-on-one instruction and also welcomes small private groups.

She designs her classes depending on the needs of each individual student.  A session might be inspired by a theme (i.e. hip openers, inversions, back bends) or an objective like weight-loss or relaxation.

Sessions can also be created for cross-training (Yoga for Runners or Professional Athletes) or as a part of therapy  (Yoga For Physical Rehabilitation or Yoga for Addiction).
