Shifting Perspectives Through Travel

Sometimes, it doesn’t matter where you go.  What matters is that you get out of your comfort zone and open yourself up to a change in perspective.  That was the purpose of my recent trip to Key West. Yoga for Marathon Training

With the L.A.
