Brandi Howell Wellness is dedicated to helping people find health and happiness through custom-tailored classes combining yoga, hiking, running and other outdoor adventures.  She teaches from experience, as she has been practicing yoga for over a decade.  Her style is a blend of Hatha, Ashtanga and Viniyoga, with a focus on intelligent sequencing and safe alignment.  Being a marathon runner and adventurer, she enjoys teaching athletic flow classes, but equally values slow-moving, grounding classes that emphasize breathing and deep stretches.  She became a certified yoga teacher through the YogaWorks school, with teacher trainers Kia Miller (Kundalini) and Sonya Cottle (Ashtanga) and is a registered teacher with the Yoga Alliance (200 Hour RYT).  In addition to teaching group classes and private sessions in Los Angeles, Brandi leads yoga retreats all over the world.  She also blogs about wellness, inspirational women’s well-being secrets, and self-discovery through travel.
